The Cherasco Golf Club stands at the foot of the old city of Cherasco in the province of Cuneo.
Playing this 18-hole course, it is easy to be seduced by the stupendous scenery: from the rolling hills of the Langhe, famous throughout the world for its great wines and truffles to the Alps and the imposing peak of Mount Monviso in the background.

The natural contours of the land, from level plains to steep slopes, make for a varied and challenging round.
Numerous little lakes and streams make the holes more scenic and difficult. The original trees have been supplemented by over 4,000 pines, maples, hornbeams and oaks.

The Margara Golf Club, set well away from the chaos of the city in the countryside of Alessandria, is the ideal place for those wanting to escape the city cement and find a relaxing country atmosphere.

Its 27 holes are set in hilly land but are not too tiring, and are perfect for golfers of every age and handicap. The course is not long, but is very technical and even ending up a few inches off the fairway can be a very serious problem.
Accuracy is therefore more important than distance. The greens, although well-protected, are large, welcoming and well-maintained and are not a problem.
For many years the Club has been the site of a European Open Challenge Tournament.
